And I have remained self-employed for my whole life. Driven by my values of creativity, adventure, and being of service to others, I’ve created a life that blends mindfulness with successful businesses. For the last 14 years my focus has been as a co-active life coach. Through it all there is humor. Knowing that fun is an important part of life—and coaching is just like the rest of my life—there’s always room for laughter.
I’m involved in continuing studies in Buddhism, neuroscience and the mind-body connection. And I am currently completing my fourth book, The Fulfillment Lab: Your guide to living with purpose and passion, a DIY guide that allows the reader to coach themselves utilizing the compelling tools my clients have found most powerful.
